Travelling to Utrecht by train

is just 30 minutes from Amsterdam and Schiphol Airport, with trains leaving every 15 minutes. Utrecht Central is also just 45 minutres from Rotterdam and The Hague, and there are daily international trains from and to Brussels (2 hours), Cologne (2.5 hours) and Paris (3.5 hours). Transport in Utrecht

The inner city of Utrecht is well served by an extensive network of city buses and tram. City buses enter the centre from all directions. Trams run frequently from Nieuwegein and IJsselstein. Bicycle rentals are readily available at the train station. Taxi drivers with good knowledge of Utrecht streets feature an official "Taxikeur Utrecht" sign. At the Central Station follow the markers on the pavement to find an officially licenced taxi.
