Propose a session

We invite three- or four-paper session proposals related to the conference theme or any other aspects of institutional research, in line with WINIR’s aims and research priorities.

The session proposal should outline the rationale and clarify its connections with WINIR’s aims and research priorities. Session proposers are asked to be mindful of gender balance.

WINIR membership is not required to submit the form. However, all presenters ultimately taking part in the session must be WINIR members.

Please note that although authors may make multiple submissions at this stage, for example by submitting an individual paper proposal in addition to a session proposal, only one conference presentation is allowed per registered author, unless co-authors are also registered.

The deadline for session proposals is 10 June 2023. Notifications will be sent by 25 June 2023.
