WINIR is a member organization. We use this website for member management. Registered users may purchase memberships through this website. Memberships are non-refundable. Some parts of this website are for paid-up members only. Some WINIR events are open to paid-up members only.
9. EVENT FEES
We charge registration fees for some of our events and use this website to manage registrations. Registration fees are refundable up to 30 days (inclusive) prior to the event but subject to an administration charge of £50. No refunds of registration fees will apply to requests received less than 30 days prior to the event.
10. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
By registering for an account or communicating with us using the contact form or other electronic means, you agree and acknowledge that we may communicate with you electronically via our website or by sending you an email. We reserve some communications to paid-up members.
11. MAILING LIST
You may subscribe to our INTERDISCIPLINARY-INSTITUTIONS mailing list and use it to post or forward announcements about events, publications, calls for papers, job postings, and other content relevant to individuals and groups sharing WINIR’s focus and concerns. Content is moderated by us but is governed by the terms and conditions of JISCMail.
